How can a father get custody of his kids in Tennessee? I hear its impossible. Is it this way everywhere? - picture roach feces picture
I say this because there was a close friend with "F ***", to the custody of their minor child. Both are now adults.
He was a Christian man. He had a good job. She was married. He had a stable family environment. A beautiful house, a dog. Women and their parents migrate, because they live on the elderly alone. So someone will be there when children arrive from school.
Mom. He was never home. This would be the children for weeks at a time without seeing someone as they leave, no food in the house, the house was a wreck. There were pictures of rat droppings in the house, and cockroaches in the sink. The dog has lived under the porch and no one cleans the shit. My mother had several girlfriends come and live in the HouSE. He is suspected of child abuse. Youngest son, admires one of the brides who were abused, physically and in other forms of counseling. None of the children was never in school.
So to say all that. The mother has custody. Moreover, the was granted sole custody.
7 years later. After raising two children below. The eldest son is working his way through school, but also for his brothers affected. The girl has been through in prison. And the child was in all sorts of problems.
He was finally in a position to custody, after receiving all of them.
Some lawyers have told us that in Tennessee, received most of the time the mother has custody, because it seems that many judges, the father of a Dead Beat Father prone view. AndLawyers have fun trying to drag the parents in the dirt.
Infact my friend, he initially said was not worth the battle. But he said his boys all deserved what they do.
Just curious if this is something common that tell the lawyer?
East than in other states
