Is there a suicide hotline text messages, I do not really want to talk on the phone Embaressed. a telephone line, where I could simply text on how I feel.

I worked in the area and did not hear about a suicide hotline through the texts. Much of what you need in times of grief is not related to heat and feeling another person. This can be done either by text.
Please try to work through their feelings of shame, and let someone who will help guide you in your thoughts and feelings of concern. If you can overcome the shame, the end, you will be relieved you did.
Please try to give a talk and speak with one stone.
Jay is right, the Samaritans are compatible with mail.
I previously had and has a great help - write your thoughts and feelings can help them better understand and sort through them all in your head, then get an answer (I think that in 24 hours) a person in the Samaritan. it is for you as you need and can always return by e-mail.

I am sure that the Samaritans by e-mail are compatible and I think it could offer a text service, even if the text and then I remembered that I'm not sure.
